To get started you should first register to use the support site

You can either click the Sign In / Register on the top right of this page to manually create an account using an email and password, or alternatively you can take advantage of using your Facebook or Twitter account to register and sign-in. Alternatively you can start to create a new ticket and register.

Before posting a support ticket - please, read the documentation!

Did you know that we include a very detailed and thorough html documentation file with your purchase? It's in the “Documentation" file directory of your downloaded zip file from ThemeForest.net. It contains step-by-step instructions on exactly how to use the theme on your server, including screenshots and links. We really do spend a lot of time creating the documentation and they are tested by a user to ensure they contain everything you would need - we also include supplementary files for widget codes etc - be sure to check everything in your download package first.

It is required that we verify your purchase before you can submit a ticket. Please place your unique purchase code in the form supplied.

How to get much quicker Result on your Question ?

  • Please make sure to select the item you purchased form the scrollable drop-down box
  • Please try to be specific when posting your question. For example, if something isn't working, is it not working in all browsers or maybe just one? (i.e. works everywhere except Chrome).
  • Post as much info as you can on your errors: links, video & screenshots are always welcome!

Themedept Official Support Policy

In order to get a better understanding on what the support of an item includes make sure that you'll watch the video or read the instructions below.

Envato Item Support includes:

  • Free support is available for 6 months from the date of purchase of item.
  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
  • Fixing confirmed bugs in the theme code

Envato Item support does not include:

  • Customization and installation services
  • Support for third party plugins and non-theme related code

Theme Customisation means modifying the appearance or functionality of the theme beyond what the theme options provide or the demo shows. Any ticket relating to customisation will be politely forwarded to - http://www.themedept.com/contact/ - and then your ticket will be closed.

We are in GMT +1 (Italy) and we aim to answer all questions within 24 hours in weekdays from Monday to Friday. Support during the weekend or a Holiday will take longer - please be patient!

If you don't get any answer within one Working Day, please post your Ticket Number to the Item Comment at ThemeForest.
